Student Comments:
"Kevin should be given an award for his lifetime of photography expertise. He’s not only the real deal but also super humble about his excellence and is always willing to go above and beyond to teach anyone who asks to pass on his wealth of knowledge about what’s he’s done for more than 50 years. You need to either book a photography shoot with him or come take his classes - either way, you will walk away with a great deal of satisfaction but also respect for photography (and the photographer himself)."
"Kevin is knowledgeable, experienced, and excellent at sharing his wisdom."
If you own a Digital SLR (DSLR) or Mirrorless Interchangeable Lens Camera (MILC), this is a great class to learn how to move beyond shooting in "automatic" mode. This class is more suited to DSLR's and MILC's or any camera that has P, A, S, M exposure modes (or P, Av, Tv, M modes on Canon/Pentax). IMPORTANT: More limited cameras like small point-and-shoot cameras or smart phones or Nikon Coolpix series cameras may have very limited features and no P,A,S,M exposure modes, and are not the best for this class.
If you don't know if your camera is right for this class, just ask Kevin!
OR: If you are thinking about buying a camera to use in this class, also ask Kevin! He is always happy to help people figure out what camera might best suit their needs!
Class Format
Small group workshop with very "hands on" learning.
