I am offering this in case you need a bit of extra help with your setup. We arrange this as a private teaching session at my studio (bring your own props/flowers, camera gear, laptop, with software), at a day and time that works for you.
Price: Group class price (above) plus $145 for up to 2 hours private instruction (this is 50% off my standard private teaching rate).

Learn the techniques of close-up / macro photography!
Explore the world of macro photography! I will be demonstrating techniques, in class, for capturing beautiful close-up detailed images. This often requires a combination of using the right lens(es), using the right focusing techniques, managing light, and also using the right software to achieve the best results.
Since you may or may not currently have the camera gear, lenses, or the right software to do this well, this class is offered with two options.
You can choose Option 1 OR Option 2.
Option 1 -Group Class: You can choose to just participate in the group class demonstrating macro photography techniques, using my gear and software. That way, you will know what lens(es), camera techniques, and software to use (or maybe purchase). You can then try out what you've learned at home, using these techniques.
Option 2 - Group class plus Private Instruction: Need a little extra help? If you want to put all this into practice with your equipment and software with my help, we can line up a private session at my studio, and I'll help you create your own macro shots (bring your own props or flowers). I am offering the private instruction portion at a much reduced price.
